Ayo Ajayi

Ayo Ajayi is a Director at WT Partnership, a global cost management consultancy, where he leads delivery for several of Saudi Arabia’s flagship giga projects. With nineteen years of experience in the construction industry, Ayo specialises in strategic cost planning, sustainable procurement, and project execution across complex mixed-use, infrastructure, and sports developments.

He has worked extensively across Europe and the Middle East, advising public and private sector clients on capital investment strategies, low-carbon design, and supply chain optimisation. In Saudi Arabia, Ayo is helping to shape the delivery frameworks for projects that will define the Kingdom’s future including education, leisure, and sports infrastructure aligned with Vision 2030.

Ayo is passionate about developing regional capability and advancing sustainable construction practices that balance performance, budget, and environmental responsibility. He also serves on the RICS Regional Advisory Board for Saudi Arabia and has held previous position on the Mayor of London’s Infrastructure Advisory Board.

Through his work, Ayo champions innovation in construction, modular methods, and circular economy principles to help deliver projects on time, on budget, and with lasting social and environmental value.
