Clarke Morton-Shepherd

Clarke Morton-Shepherd is a highly experienced professional with 30 years in the industry, currently serving as the Head of Markets for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain in Project & Development Services at JLL. With 17 years of expertise specifically in the Middle East, he is known for his innovative problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Clarke has extensive experience in program and project management, cost management, and commercial management across a wide range of projects, including mixed-use master plans, residential developments, commercial real estate, retail spaces, and infrastructure projects.

Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
