With over 24 years of experience in the built environment, Dr Kam has led major projects across the UK, Europe, the US, and the MENA region primarily in the sports and entertainment sectors. He currently serves as Director and Head of Sport and Events at Mott MacDonald, Middle East.

Dr Kam’s leadership spans the full project lifecycle, from advisory and strategic planning to design and development. He brings a unique blend of vision and technical depth, working closely with world-class architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver bold, high-impact outcomes for his valued clients. He’s particularly passionate about shaping early-stage ideas into tangible, successful results.
