Hatim Morsy-Fahmy is a seasoned Program Director with over 18 years of experience delivering major sports infrastructure, stadiums, and international tournaments. His career spans senior roles with world-leading organisations including FIFA, Mace, Arup, and Turner International, where he has consistently driven the successful delivery of high-profile projects across the Middle East and globally.

Hatim played a key role in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where he supported the design, compliance, and delivery of multiple stadiums under strict international standards. He later contributed to the FIFA Club World Cup 2023 in Saudi Arabia and the FIFA Series 2024 in Jeddah, working directly with FIFA and local stakeholders to ensure seamless venue readiness and event operations.

Beyond tournaments, Hatim has consulted for the AFC Asian Cup 2027 stadium program and advised the Saudi Ministry of Sport on the redevelopment of major national venues such as King Fahd Sport City and Prince Faisal Bin Fahad Stadium, as well as on prototype sports facility designs shaping the Kingdom’s future infrastructure.

With a career built on uniting stakeholders, Hatim ensures venue designs capture the requirements of tournament owners, league operators, and cultural initiatives, while embedding legacy strategies that extend well beyond the Games.
