Ian DS Sinclair

Ian’s project experience spans most sectors and asset classes including commercial offices, leisure, hospitality, residential, PPP, infrastructure, education and healthcare. Ian’s expertise is predominantly centered on Project, Design & Construction Management for projects, and he is comfortable leading on all aspects of project management, design management, procurement, and post-contract construction delivery, delivering projects from inception until handover.

Since 2012, Ian has been based in the GCC, where he has held senior leadership positions in international construction consultancies. He joined Knight Frank’s Project & Development Services team in 2024 as Partner – Head of Programs, KSA, and his expertise covers project and construction management, design management, and development planning.

Ian has a track record of guiding projects from concept through to completion, including business case development, programme management office, design, project management, public-private partnerships, project leadership and commercial & construction execution.

Highlight projects include the 2012 London Olympic Village and legacy developments in Stratford, Abu Dhabi Plaza Astana, NEOM Line Design Competition and Experience Centre, The Crescent Development Baku, Burntwood School London Stirling Prize Winner, Birmingham BSF Programme, Wadi Safar Diriyah, SEVEN Programs 3 & 5 KSA, King Salman Park PMC 1,2 & 3.
